Farmer Company now offers Safety Training. We have trainers with years of experience and expertise in Respiratory, Advanced First Aid, HazMat, and Confined Space! Respiratory Training- (2 hours) This program is designed to protect personnel against the inhalation of harmful air contaminates and oxygen deficient atmospheres in the workplace. Employees are instructed in the selection, operation, maintenance, applications and limitations of respiratory equipment. Fit testing and PFT’ s are also given during this training. NOTE: This course covers OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 (a)(b) and Rule 36 of the Texas commission requirements. Price: $ 62.50 per student (10 Student minimum)      MEDIC First Aid/ CPR- (4 hr and 8 hour courses) This program provides students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to administer emergency medical treatment. This course also covers Bloodbourne Pathogens. NOTE: This course covers U.S. Coast Guard (33 CFR), MMS (API RP T-5) OSHA 29CFR 1910.151, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.130 requirements. Price: $ 81.50 per student (10 student minimum)      Confined Space/ High Angle Rescue Training- (40,24,12,8 hours) This training program is designed specifically for employees, who are required to enter confined spaces to clean, repair, inspect or perform testing activities. This class also covers basic rescue techniques.(we do have an advanced rescue class) One part of the training will be class room exercises and the other will consists of hands- on training in simulated confined spaces. NOTE: This course covers OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146 and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements. Price:  $ 500.00 per student (8hr, 16hr, 24hr). 10 Student max. Additional cost over 10 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS – (40hr, 24 hr and 8 hr refresher) This training course is designed to cover aspects of hazardous materials handling and identification. This course covers toxicology, hazardous materials characteristics, MSDS, and air monitoring.  The course also covers PPE and decon for the responders. It provides hands on hazmat scenarios fully dressed with respiratory equipment. NOTE: This course covers OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response. Price: $ 500.00 per student (8hr, and 24 hr), 10 Student max. Additional cost over 10 40 HOUR Course will be $600.00 per man Advanced Confined Space/ High Angle Rescue Training- (24.16 hours) This training program is designed specifically for employees, who are required to enter into Confined Spaces as a member of a Rescue Team to extract victim from location and render medical attention by stabilizing the patient until Advanced Medical Teams arrive. This class also covers Advanced Rescue techniques for High Angle Rescue. The student will learn how to package a patient and due controlled decent from a structure to the ground. One part of the training will be class room exercises and the other will consists of hands- on training in simulated confined spaces. NOTE: This course covers OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146 and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements. Price:  $ 800.00 per student ( 16hr, 24hr). 10 Student max. Additional cost over 10 $500.00 per student. EACH CLASS BASED ON 10 STUDENT MINIMUM FARMER COMPANY will provide this training in our mobile facility, or at your facility which ever is more convenient for you. FARMER COMPANY will provide all other materials necessary for the class. Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the class. All air fare, per diem and travel expenses will be billed accordingly, not included in classroom cost.
