Lead Instructor
With 27 years experience as a crane operator, military
security clearance for his work in Iraq in 2004 and FBI security clearance
for work at the South Texas Nuclear Power Plant, Glen Farmer can give
your employees the necessary training needed to pass the CCO written and
practical exams with the security that today's industry need. He
is an accredited practical examiner for NCCO and a trainer for NCCO written
tests with a 97% pass rate for all written NCCO exams.

Farmer Company is excited about the professionalism the
NCCCO is bringing to Crane Operators. The net results have been dramatically
fewer injuries and fatalities and an improvement overall in safety records
because of CCO testing. In order to be certified by CCO, operators must
demonstrate skills and knowledge which subject matter experts have judged
necessary for safe crane operation.
Farmer Company offers written exams held on demand at
sites around the country when requested by employers, unions, organizations
and other groups. Tests generally require 15 people although smaller groups
can be accommodated. Practical exams are administered also on demand at
sites nationwide.
